Order Acceptance

Placing an order on poisemart.com constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or exceed available stock.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer either a substitute product or a full refund of the amount paid.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at Poisemart@outlook.com with your order number.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in the applicable currency for your region and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

We accept payments through our approved third-party payment processors. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information is accurate.

Security: PoiseMart does not store your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment providers in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we are not obligated to fulfill an order at the incorrect price. We will notify you of any such error and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the addresses provided at the time of order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. PoiseMart is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, adverse weather, or public holidays.

Standard delivery times vary by region and will be indicated at checkout
A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us passes to you upon delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you are responsible for arranging redelivery with the carrier

PoiseMart is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to products after they have been delivered to the confirmed delivery address.

Replacement Policy

30-Day Free Replacement Guarantee: PoiseMart does not offer returns or monetary refunds. However, we stand behind every product we sell with a 30-Day Free Replacement Guarantee. If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or is incorrect, we will replace it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, your claim must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Replacement requests must include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo or video evidence of the defect or damage.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of PoiseMart or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
