This means that if your product arrives damaged, is defective, or stops working within 30 days of delivery, we will send you a brand-new replacement at absolutely no cost to you.
2. No Returns & No Refunds
Please note the following:
- We do not accept returns of any products once an order has been delivered.
- We do not issue monetary refunds, partial refunds, or store credits under any circumstances.
- Change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or ordering errors by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

3. 30-Day Free Replacement Guarantee
3.1 What Is Covered
You are eligible for a free replacement if your product meets any of the following conditions within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date:
- The product arrived damaged or broken due to shipping or handling
- The product has a manufacturing defect or does not function as described
- The wrong item was delivered (different from what was ordered)
- The product is missing parts or components as listed in the product description
3.2 What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a replacement:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental drops, or improper handling by the customer
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than PoiseMart
- Requests made after 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
4. How to Request a Replacement
Requesting a replacement is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Contact Us — Email our support team at Poisemart@outlook.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Provide Your Order Details — Include your order number, the name of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Submit Photo Evidence — Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received. This helps us process your request faster.
- Await Confirmation — Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm your eligibility.
- Replacement Dispatched — Once approved, your replacement product will be shipped to the original delivery address at no charge.
We aim to make this process as smooth and quick as possible. Most approved replacements are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
5. Replacement Shipping
- All approved replacements are shipped free of charge to the original delivery address on the order.
- We do not ship replacements to alternate addresses unless there is a verified error on our end.
- Replacement shipments follow our standard delivery timelines and will be provided with a tracking number once dispatched.
- PoiseMart is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our standard replacement policy applies.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@poisemart.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
7. Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please take the following steps:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product before opening or discarding any packaging materials.
- Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Contact us at Poisemart@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your photos and order number.
Failure to report transit damage within 48 hours may affect the eligibility of your replacement request.
