1. Is this bag truly waterproof or just water resistant?
It’s water resistant, not fully waterproof. It handles light rain and splashes well but we wouldn’t recommend submerging it or leaving it out in heavy rain for extended periods.
2. Will my 15-inch laptop fit in this?
The bag fits laptops up to 15.6 inches comfortably. It has a dedicated padded sleeve so your laptop stays protected and separate from everything else.
3. How does the anti-theft lock actually work?
The zippers are hidden and the buckle lock system requires you to actively unclasp it to open. Someone behind you simply cannot unzip it without you feeling it or them fumbling with the lock noticeably. The passlock’s default code is 000 and you can change it whenever you want.
4. Is it comfortable to wear for long periods?
Yes. The strap is padded and adjustable and the bag sits close to your body so the weight is distributed well. Most customers wear it all day without discomfort.
5. How does the USB charging port work? Do I need a power bank?
